This in situ installation creates a relationship between the architecture of a space and the act of sewing. Stitching is essential for binding forms together, although it is barely visible on the clothes we wear. Reducing sewing to its constituents, the needle and thread, aims to highlight its inconspicuous aspect. The sculptural installation allows me to reduce an action to a minimalist object. Using such fine and fragile materials to highlight micro-spaces then becomes paradoxical.
